🏢 Our Story & Mission

About btqq — Built in Pakistan,
Built for Pakistani Players

btqq started with a straightforward conviction: Pakistani players deserve a world-class online gaming experience that genuinely understands their language, their payment preferences, their sports — and their right to play in a safe, fair, and transparent environment. Everything btqq has built since day one has been guided by that single belief.

21+ Only

"To deliver Pakistan's most trusted, most enjoyable, and most locally-relevant online gaming experience — one player, one session, one win at a time."

The btqq Story

The idea behind btqq came from a very real frustration that thousands of Pakistani gamers share. International casino platforms were either unavailable in Pakistan, poorly localised, did not support JazzCash or EasyPaisa, displayed prices in currencies nobody here uses, and offered customer support that had never heard of PSL. The gap between what Pakistani players deserved and what was actually available to them was enormous.

btqq was built to close that gap. We assembled a team of gaming technology specialists, product designers, and compliance professionals — many of them Pakistani — and set about creating a platform that would feel genuinely local while meeting the highest international standards for security, fairness, and player protection. The result is what you see today: a platform trusted by over 850,000 registered players across Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and every other corner of Pakistan.

From our very first live cricket betting market to our 1,000th slot game going live, every milestone at btqq has been driven by player feedback from the Pakistani community. We listen, we adapt, and we improve — because the players who use btqq are not just our customers, they are the reason btqq exists.

🛡️ Our Commitment

btqq is committed to responsible gaming at every level. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Every btqq account includes access to deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. We take problem gambling seriously and work to ensure that btqq remains entertainment — not a financial burden — for every player in Pakistan. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

What Makes btqq Different

There are many online gaming platforms accessible from Pakistan — but btqq was designed specifically for Pakistani players, from the ground up. Here is what that difference looks like in practice.

Internationally Licensed & Audited

btqq operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and exclusively partners with game providers who submit to independent third-party RNG and RTP audits. Every game result on btqq is mathematically provably fair — no manipulation, no bias, no exceptions. Pakistani players can verify game fairness statistics directly from the in-game information panel on any btqq title.

True PKR — No Hidden Conversions

Your btqq wallet holds Pakistani Rupees natively. There are no behind-the-scenes currency conversion fees, no exchange rate spreads eating into your balance, and no confusing foreign currency displays. What you deposit in PKR stays as PKR — and what you win in PKR is what lands in your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account when you withdraw.

Built Mobile-First for Pakistani Networks

btqq was engineered to perform reliably on Pakistani mobile networks — Jazz, Zong, Telenor, and Ufone connections of varying speed. The platform loads fast on budget Android handsets, plays video casino streams without excessive buffering, and maintains smooth gameplay even on 3G connections common outside Karachi and Lahore. No app download required — your browser is all you need.

Cricket & PSL Betting at Its Core

Cricket is not an afterthought at btqq — it is one of the platform's founding pillars. btqq offers pre-match and live in-play betting on international cricket, PSL matches, domestic T20 leagues, and Test series. Markets go deep: not just match winner, but over-by-over totals, player performance, run rates, and more. During PSL season, btqq's cricket section is the most visited area of the entire platform.

24/7 Support That Knows Pakistan

btqq's customer support team operates around the clock via live chat (available inside your logged-in account) and email at [email protected]. The team is familiar with JazzCash and EasyPaisa payment quirks, understands Pakistani banking hours, knows what PSL stands for without explanation, and responds to English queries promptly — typically within 3 minutes on live chat and within 4–6 hours by email.

Responsible Gaming Built In

Responsible gaming tools at btqq are not buried in a sub-menu — they are a first-class feature of every player account. Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Configure session time alerts. Activate cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. Request permanent self-exclusion. btqq believes that a player who manages their gaming well is a player who enjoys btqq for longer — and that benefits everyone.

The Values That Drive btqq Every Day

Every decision made by the btqq team — from which game providers to partner with to how quickly withdrawals are processed — is filtered through these five core values.

01
Transparency

No hidden fees. No ambiguous bonus terms. No surprise conditions on withdrawals. btqq publishes everything Pakistani players need to know about their money, their games, and their account — in plain English.

02
Fairness

Certified RNG. Independently audited RTP. Game results that no party — not btqq, not the provider, not another player — can predict or influence. Pakistani players deserve the same fairness guarantees as players anywhere else on earth.

03
Player Safety

256-bit SSL encryption on every session. Two-factor authentication available to every account. Bank-grade security infrastructure protecting every PKR in every btqq wallet. Safety is not a feature — it is the foundation.

04
Responsibility

21+ strictly enforced. Self-exclusion always available. Deposit and loss limits built into every account. btqq takes its duty of care seriously — a responsible player is a happy player, and a happy player is what btqq exists to serve.

05
Local First

PSL. JazzCash. EasyPaisa. Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad. Pakistani Rupees. Pakistani support team. btqq was not translated for Pakistan — it was built for Pakistan. There is a meaningful difference, and Pakistani players feel it from the very first session.
