These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the btqq platform, including the website at btqq.net, all associated gaming services, your btqq account, bonus participation, deposits, withdrawals, and any other interaction with btqq's products and services. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to btqq's satisfaction will be suspended, and any funds therein will be held pending investigation and determination of the appropriate course of action.

2.4 Excluded Persons. 4.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btqq Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. btqq will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, telephone, or any other medium. Any communication purporting to be from btqq that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must immediately notify btqq via the live chat or email support channels. btqq may take action including temporary suspension of your Account to prevent further unauthorised activity. btqq accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to adequately protect their Account credentials.
4.3 Personal Use Only. Your btqq Account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, nor may you access or use another person's Account. Sharing an Account with another individual, regardless of the relationship, is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. btqq may implement an inactivity policy under which accounts that have been dormant (no login, deposit, or gameplay activity) for a specified period may be subject to an administrative fee or balance forfeiture procedure in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any such action being taken on their Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by btqq to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This withdrawal-to-source rule is a security measure applied across all accounts. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of request submission. Bank transfers are typically completed within one (1) business day. VIP tier players may benefit from enhanced withdrawal processing speeds.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the btqq Platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 10.1 Ownership. 11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btqq's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim or series of claims arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their btqq Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Right to Amend. btqq reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 12.2 Supersession.
